4. Bookings & Enquiries

All table bookings and event enquiries made via the website are requests only and are not confirmed until acknowledged by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion.

5. Deposits & Pre-Payments:

  • A £10 per head, non-refundable deposit is required for table bookings of 6 or more guests.

  • Deposits are deducted from the final bill where applicable.

  • Failure to attend or late cancellation will result in loss of the deposit.

6. Functions & Events:

  • Function bookings are agreed on a case-by-case basis.

  • All function deposits and pre-payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Gift Vouchers:

Validity

All gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any unused balance will expire after this date.

Redemption

Vouchers must be presented before ordering or at the point of payment, either printed or displayed on a mobile device. The voucher code will be validated at the time of redemption.

Single use per transaction

Each voucher code may only be redeemed once per transaction. The voucher value will be deducted from the total bill at that time.

Remaining balance

If the total bill is less than the voucher value, the remaining balance will stay active on the same voucher code and can be used on a future visit, provided it is redeemed within the original 12-month validity period.

If your bill exceeds the voucher value

Any remaining balance must be paid using an accepted payment method.

Digital and physical vouchers

Vouchers are available as:

• A digital voucher delivered by email
• A printed voucher sent by post (additional charge applies for printing and postage).

Non-refundable

Gift vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Lost or deleted vouchers

The Bay Horse Market Weighton cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or deleted vouchers.

Gift vouchers are issued by Walker Lester Taverns Limited (Company No. 10730219).
