  • How do I make a reservation for the restaurant?

    Reservations can be requested via our website, which is the quickest and will be confirmed with you by email and mobile within the hour for requests made between 9am and 7pm.   • Can we just walk-in?

    We always do our best to accommodate walk-ins, but availability can be limited — especially at weekends. Booking ahead is recommended.

  • Do you cater for dietary requirements and allergies?

    Yes. Please let us know when booking or before ordering, and our team will happily guide you through suitable dishes.

  • How do I book private dining or a function?

    For private dining or functions, please get in touch with us directly. Let us know your preferred date, number of guests and the type of occasion, and we’ll work with you to create something special.

  • Do you accept dogs?

    Well-behaved dogs are welcome in the bar.
    Please note: food is served in the bar at lunchtime only. During our evening service, guests may dine in the bar only if accompanied by a well-behaved dog, allowing our team to give the very best attention to restaurant diners.

  • Are children welcome in the restaurant?

    Yes, children are welcome in the restaurant. We simply ask that they remain seated and supervised so all guests can enjoy a relaxed dining experience.

  • Do you have disabled toilet facilities or baby changing?

    Due to the nature of our Grade II listed building, we do not have dedicated disabled toilet facilities or baby-changing areas. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.

  • Do you have parking?

    Yes, parking is available close by. If you require accessible parking, please let us know when booking and we’ll be happy to advise.

  • Do you sell gift vouchers?

  • Do you have non-alcoholic drinks?

    Yes. Alongside our wine and real ales, we offer a carefully chosen range of alcohol-free beers on draught and by the bottle, along with a range of low and zero adult drinks.

    Our fish and seafood are sourced as locally as possible, working with trusted suppliers from the Yorkshire and North East coast. We cook with the seasons and choose produce with sustainability in mind, ensuring responsibly managed stocks and exceptional quality on the plate.

  • How do I get to you — are you easy to find?

    Yes — we’re located in Market Weighton and are easy to reach from the surrounding villages and main routes. If you need help, just give us a call.
