Fresh fish, daily
From fresh muscles shetland shellfish that we use for our North Sea Mussels, Garlic Butter and Garlic Bread. To our Lightly spiced Sea Bream fillets with garlic chips, dressed salad and spicy dressing.
The options are forever changing with the seasons and daily catch.
Fine dining
From Yorkshire duck breast, with five spice and peach sauce, sour cherry, parma ham with batille potato, to deep fried salmon sake with fine beans, poached egg, smoked salmon, lemon dill dressing and parmesan. Paired nicely with a bottle of Château Bardins 2019, Pessac-Léognan.
